Testimonials

Both our daughters have attended Peter Pan on a part time basis from being 7/8 months old. Our eldest (4yrs) has just started school and our youngest (1yr) has attended now for 10 months. Peter Pan was the only nursery that we visited, as we knew from the first short visit that it was the right place to send our children.
The nursery has a real family feel and both girls have built a real bond with all the staff, with both of them always happy when they walk through the door.
All the staff are kind, caring and always there to offer help, advice and guidance, no matter what the issue – nothing is ever too much trouble.
The nursery offers a wide range of activities, both inside and out, and the preschool element has really prepared our eldest for the transition to full time schooling.
We would highly recommend the nursery and preschool, it is a safe, happy and fun environment and has developed, and still is developing our children in a great way – An excellent Nursery and Preschool.Moira – Rugby

What can I say about Peter Pan nursery other than – Amazing! My children went there from 14 months through to school age and I cannot recommend them enough. Being an Early Years Teacher myself I was very fussy about what I wanted for my children in a nursery and an Early learning environment. Peter Pan encompasses everything I wanted and more – the nursery itself and it’s setting is welcoming, safe and stimulating; the staff are skilled practitioners who have high expectations of both learning and behaviour; they make use of their beautiful surroundings which enables them to have a holistic approach to the children’s learning; and above all when you walk in all the children are so happy!!!!!
All of this mixed with reasonable rates and the personable service you get from Denise and the gang easily makes Peter Pan nursery the only nursery I would ever recommend.Lucy

After deciding I wanted to return to work, my Husband and I looked round a few local Nurseries, but knew straight away we wanted our Daughter to attend Peter Pan, after we saw how lovely the outdoor space was, how structured the timetables were and met the friendly team.
Anna then moved on to Primary school and our second Daughter was born, without hesitation we wanted her to go to Peter Pan.
I could always turn to the staff with any concerns of health or behaviour issues, each time I adhered to their advice.

We can’t thank Denise and her team enough for the input they had in being involved in our children’s first years, their development , the wonderful memories, and the friends they made from Peter Pan, some of which we still keep in touch with now, and our children are now 12 and 7.Luan and Phil – Rugby

“Both of our Children joined Peter Pan, following the birth of our Daughter. Like all working parents, it was difficult to say goodbye to our gorgeous children each morning, but we always did this in the knowledge they were going to have a wonderful day. We handed them over to regular caring faces, who got to know the specific needs and meet our expectations of their care. One of our most precious pictures is where they have ‘chickens’ on their heads after visiting one of the local farms and we will always remember the ‘sheep’ stories after their visits during lambing season. Their transition into Primary School was fantastic due to the pre-school structure Peter Pan were able to implement. Peter Pan was more than a nursery school, during those 4 years, we all made some lovely friends”Rupert and Angela Saville, Rugby

“My daughter began attending Peter Pan nursery when she was 23 months old, and began her pre-school classes there also, until the age of 5. She became a well socialized, happy and enthusiastic child who adored her time at nursery. The pre-school education she received meant she was top of her class upon attending Reception, and has continued there since. A friendly, and hard-working nursery environment in a beautiful location!”Becky, Coventry

The moment we walked through the main door into Peter Pan Nursery, we sensed straight away that this was the ideal place for our twin boys (Samuel and Oliver) to be cared for whilst we returned to work. We had extra anxieties about which nursery to choose due to the additional needs one of our boys had from birth (Oliver). With these additional needs, we needed to be sure we were choosing the right nursery not only to deal with the extra care needs, but to also give us the reassurance that our boys were in safe hands. This was indeed the case from day one.

The beautiful setting, personal feel, warm welcoming environment and the friendly staff immediately caught our attention and put us at ease. Our long list of questions about the place were answered promptly and provided us with the reassurance we needed as parents. We went away from the initial visit feeling so happy that we instantly had made our decision that Peter Pan would be our second family for at least the next 3 or so years.

The staff were happy to complete essential training to learn new skills in order to meet Oliver’s additional needs such as; nasal and gastronomy tube feeds, stoma bag care, respiratory care, specific speech and language techniques and the provision of essential prescription drugs. All these extra issues did not phase the manager or the staff. The ethos from day one was that “everyone’s entitled to learning and education” and despite Oliver’s additional health needs, he was welcomed into the Peter Pan family like all the other children and was given the same learning opportunities.

The boys settled into an amazing routine and had formed very strong bonds with both staff and the other children. The nursery provided a warm and happy environment for the boys to start their educational journey through which they were able to learn; manners, feeding, forming friendships, numbers, the alphabet, colours, songs, listening to stories, developing imagination through play, creative activities, essential routines like toileting and getting dressed, and not to mention playing and exploring the amazing outdoor area of the nursery and the endless amounts of fresh country air.

The nursery always seemed to have a fantastic mixture of activities planned for the children. Samuel loved the strawberry picking session which led to jam making, gardening and water play, and Oliver thoroughly enjoyed the outings to the zoo and the local country parks.

If ever we were running late to collect the boys, or we needed to drop them off early, the nursery were flexible with before and after care.

The nursery always seem to go that extra mile for the children. Once when Oliver was poorly in hospital, the nursery arranged a skype session with the staff and the children. This really cheered Oliver up and he was so happy to see his friends.

We have many photos taken by the nursery of the boys during their time at the nursery, that capture the fun and happiness they have experienced during their time there. We have also been presented with their learning logs which again show their developments and achievements.

From the beginning to this present day we truly believe that Peter Pan Nursery have been an essential part to our boys development, growth and happiness and we definitely would not change this for anything. Such an amazing place. Thank you Peter Pan Nursery.Alun, Joanne, Oliver and Samuel, Ansty, Near Coventry
